As the vortex starts to close, Talia convinces Iris to wait until Talia contacts her sister Izira, head of the Resistance on Ephedia. But after a moment of confusion, the holographic Izira confirms everything in the King’s message: Iris, and only Iris, must return to help the King. Lara arrives, asking the girls to shoot a promo for their upcoming concert. The shoot goes great, but afterward Iris is downcast: Now that Lev’s story has been confirmed, it means one of her friends is a traitor. Iris slips away to the forest with Lev, and this time they enter the vortex. Alas, the moment they get to Ephedia, Gramorr takes Iris prisoner. It was a trap after all! Gramorr bewitched Iris’s father, into giving misleading messages, and used his black magic to pretend being Izira. Once he has Iris, Gramorr double-crosses Lev and instead of giving Lev his freedom, sends him back to Earth. Lev comes flying out of the portal in the middle of a battle between Auriana and Talia, and the Twins. He regrets helping Gramorr, and begs the girls let him help rescue Iris before the vortex closes for good. They return to Ephedia to battle Gramorr. Lev distracts Gramorr long enough for the Princesses to immobilize him. Lev has learned his lesson – he’ll stay behind to fight and slow Gramorr, allowing the princesses to flee and return to Earth before the vortex vanishes permanently. Iris frees Nathaniel from the spell of Missy’s flower, and the girls are a hit at their concert.
