Have you ever wondered what a marshmallow made out of meat would taste like? Today I am going to continue making a food crime by making a marshmallow with steak in it. I turn the steak into a powder using a freeze-dryer and then grind the powder up.

Ingredients:
10 oz (~300 g) Steak
21 grams of gelatin
1/2 cup (125 mL) of gelatin

Syrup:
1/2 cup of water
1.5 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of light corn syrup.
Food coloring if desired.
