Let's get into this Pontiac 350 I pulled out of my 1968 Pontiac LeMans and see what exactly we've got here! Originally when I purchased this car half a decade ago it was sold to me as a Pontiac 400 and TH400 transmission, it turned out to be a 350 Pontiac and a worthless TH350C transmission. Context clues have so far pointed us towards this motor being quite possibly not the original one to the car, but is it good? Is it worthwhile?

Pontiac Engine teardown begins to see if we have something in good enough condition to rebuild, or do we cut our losses hear and move on to something else? Do we do a Pontiac 350 Rebuild? Or source another set of heads? A bigger better block? Hunt down a 400 Pontiac? Let me know your thoughts!

Oh! And before I do ANYTHING, as is pretty usual with my life I had to head to Jegs. While we already have lots of engine stands around the shop, we have none free, so I picked up and assembled a new Jegs Engine Stand.
