Contrary to what many of you believe about me not hitting legs, I actually hit legs usually twice a week! Here I take you through my legs session that'll leave you walking like a baby calf.

3-4 Sets of Squats, Ass to the grass and make sure you squeeze at the top!
----------------------------------------------------------
3-5 Sets on the Leg Press, make sure to adjust your foot placement according to what muscle fibers you want to be hitting most!

3-5 Sets on the Hack Squat Machine, I do it but facing reverse! Foot placement about a shoulder length apart, make sure to squeeze the butt cheeks HARD at the top!

Follow that shit with some Leg Extensions! On the leg extensions, I vary what I lift because of how my legs are looking. If my legs are looking slightly smaller than normal, I'll hit heavier weight and about 3 sets. If I want the legs to look toner, I'll sometimes take it all the way up to 7 focused sets of lighter weight.

Lastly, the Donkey Kick Machine, focuses on glutes and slightly hits your hamstrings!
