"In the future, there will be fewer jobs that a robot cannot do better than humans," says Elon Musk. Technological leaders, top executives, analysts, and millions of people worldwide agree with him. Moreover, the inevitable changes will bring not only humanoid robots into our lives, as we often imagine when thinking about the future. A faster but less visible revolution has already taken place, and it is the revolution of artificial intelligence. No, it has not yet reached the level of superintelligence, but what is much more important for everyday life and business, it has become accessible! And this allows us to use it not only for entertainment but also for business! Watch the 10 areas where AI is already making money. Fasten your seat belts, it's going to be interesting!

Nursing
Medicine is a field where any mistake can lead to an unfortunate outcome. In 2016, Johns Hopkins University published a study on the causes of deaths in the United States. Medical negligence ranked third, above cancer and heart diseases. At the same time, the highest number of errors is associated with incorrect or untimely diagnoses. In our country, by the way, we also have quite a few problems of this kind.

It is not surprising that as soon as AI became smart enough, it began to be used to diagnose cancer, analyze mammograms, and X-rays. Doctors began to use the new technology massively during the pandemic. So, artificial intelligence detected cases of COVID-19 by analyzing chest X-rays. This helped doctors classify tests and significantly speed up their work.

Replacing doctors with robots or artificial intelligence will not work completely, at least for now. But nurses and orderlies will. In early 2023, the French company Enchanted Tools introduced the robots Miroki and Miroka, specifically designed for use in hospitals. These robots, with pointed ears and expressive cat faces, are capable of pulling carts and carrying trays. But in the future, they will acquire artificial intelligence that will turn them into fully autonomous hospital assistants with a wide range of tasks.

And so, more and more robots are waiting for AI advancements to treat us and care for the elderly.
Translators
Earlier, we told you that Chat GPT has become the most popular among users. The emergence of such a neural network was the impetus for robotization in the workplace. Now companies are abandoning human labor and assigning tasks to a bot. For example, the management of the technology blog Gizmodo fired half of the employees who were filling the Spanish version of the site. Instead, they used artificial intelligence to translate articles from English to Spanish.

The latest high-profile case of mass layoffs affects the largest language learning app, Duolingo.
Former employees claimed that all translators were replaced by a neural network. Later, company representatives denied this information, explaining that some subordinates' work contracts had ended. For this reason, people left the company. However, Duolingo representatives did not deny the use of artificial intelligence as a translator. Before the incident, the company reported on its collaboration with GPT-4. The founder of the language learning app, Luis von Ana, admired the neural network and often mentioned its benefits for businesses.

But language learning itself may also become irrelevant in the future. For example, at CES 2024, Timekettle introduced the X1 Interpreter Hub, an innovative device that can simultaneously translate into multiple languages. Its creators call it "the world's first multilingual simultaneous translation system." Remember the "Babel fish" from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy? Well, this is practically the same thing. By the way, a review of the largest robotics and technology exhibition is already available on our channel. Follow the link.

The AI Revolution is already here and it's making millions in these 10 key areas. From chatbots to predictive analytics, artificial intelligence is changing the game for businesses and entrepreneurs.
