BREAKFAST SAUSAGE
2 pounds ground pork
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons sage
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon fennel seed
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon all seasoning spice
Dash of dried minced onions
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Dash of cayenne
Dash of chipotle smoked paprika
Dash Italian seasoning

Mix together all seasonings with pork until well combined. Place in
refrigerator for 30 min-1 hour. Roll out flat on wax paper and cut patties
with cookie cutter or mason jar lid. Lay on baking sheet covered with more
wax paper. Place in freezer for 15-20 minutes. Heat oil in pan and cook
patties until browned on both sides and cooked through.
**If freezing, place patties on baking sheet in freezer until solid and then
layer in Ziploc bag, with wax paper between patties.**
