allergies were rough this week, hence why I sound so stuffed

This is a ship I have shown in some of my videos, generally in the background. So I decided to do a build on this one. Its an easy ship to put together. We will be heading to the following planets for parts:

-New Homestead
-Neon
-Your Outpost (or if you don't have an outpost, you can go to the Red Mile for some parts, and then finish the ship at Neon)

Piloting - Rank 4
Starship Design - Rank 4
Level 60+
900k Credits (less if you have a ship to build off of, and/or have your commerce skill at a high rank)
