It's almost 2019! I've finally packed my hospital bag and my baby's hospital bag for labour and delivery. This is a packing hospital bag for labour checklist.. I didn't want to over pack and hopefully i wont need to stay in hospital.

The NHS dont provide much (understandable) so be sure to take the essentials like maternity pads and formula milk / bottles if not breastfeeding. Don't forget your notes & car seat!!

I decided to use my two weekend bags as i find them much easier to pack things in and that way my boyfriend can easily carry them. I did think of using a small carry on suitcase but didn't want to go out especially to buy one.... though i can imagine it being easier having wheels.

Once i go into labour i may record it a little for youtube OR on my instagram stories (live). Be sure to follow me on there!

As i mentioned, i didn't want to over pack my hospital bag and i think i've done pretty well.. If there is anything you'd recommend then please comment below :)

I love Next for their babygrow sleepsuits, theyre so cute but i think just for hospital plain white ones are ok. He will probably make them dirty and need changing, so i didnt want anything "fancy".. I'll save the nice baby sleepsuits for when i bring him home!

I still can't believe im 36 weeks pregnant and basically full term...
