Having said that, there's no "magic" in electricity and dumber people than yourself have wired their own shops after properly educating themselves, acquiring the necessary tools, and learning the requiring skills. This job would have cost $4,000 or more to pay an electrician and I did it myself for the cost of materials; around $1,000. Now I have plugs for compressors, welders, and shop tools as well as outdoor lighting and LED UFO lights.
