On this episode I'll go over most of the parts needed to add an Elate intercooler and other supporting parts to my supercharged LEXUS. I found a large heat exchanger that looks similar to a FMIC, so it will receive the best cooling effect and people will know it means business as it's driving down the road. Please note that your application may differ. It is suggested to consult with Elate and your tuner on the best set up for your vehicle. My plan is as follows: Pump OUT to IC, IC to reservoir, reservoir to lower HE (IN), HE to pump feed. The reservoir always needs to be higher than the pump. Whenever possible, try to have the HE to pump gravity feed the pump so it's primed always.

Infiniti Q50 Inverter Cooling Reservoir Tank Bottle (note: 1/2" IN and 3/4" OUT)
(2) Gates 28481 90-deg molded 3/4" heater hoses (AMZ)
2ft 1/2" heater hose (local auto store)
(2) X AUTOHAUX AN12 90-deg push lock hose fitting end for car fuel line (AMZ)
Permatex 59214 thread sealant (AMZ)
3/4" to 1/2" barbed hose fitting reducer (Home Depot)
All-purpose silicone lube for o-rings (local auto store or AMZ)
Hose clamps for 3/4" and 1/2" hoses (Harbor Freight is best)
50/50 TOYOTA red coolant
