1 teaspoon baking powder.
A pinch of salt.
100 g cold butter.
2 egg yolks, I save the egg whites for later.
45g sugar.
27 x 18 cm / 10.5 x 7 inch mold.
400 g / 14 oz strawberries.
100 g / 3.5 oz currants (optional).

30 g corn starch.
100 ml water.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
400 g cream cheese.

90g sugar.
30 g corn starch.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 C / 355 F.
4 egg whites.
120g sugar.
A pinch of salt.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 160 °C until golden brown.
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar for decoration.
