This project was made to help medical staff. 3D printing enthusiasts around the world came together to help the people from the first line, in this battle against COVID-19.

The visor holder parts are optimized to use A4 clear sheets up to 0.5mm thickness. It was successfully tested with thin clear foils used for Overhead Projectors ( Used:

) and with A4 PETG sheet 0.5mm thick.

Features:

- Slim design - 3 holders can be printed in the same time on a small printer like Ender 3;
- Compatible with any A4 clear sheet up to 0.5mm thick;
- Sheets are held in place by clips; Optimized to avoid clips from slipping; Strong grip;
- Optimized for buttonhole elastic bands, but can be used with any elastic bands;
- Screw holes for extra security if needed;

Printing instructions: From my experience, the number of walls are more important than any infill percentage. To print this, I have used 0.4mm nozzle, 3 bottom layers, 4 top layers, 4 walls, 0% infill. The part came out very strong and flexible.
