Anyone who has any kind of shop probably has Twist Drills and many of them are likely dull. This will teach you how to sharpen them at home and save money. The process is a lot easier than many people think. Anyone can sharpen a twist drill and get it back to near new condition.

The process is relatively the same for 118 Degree Drills; 130 Degree Drills; or 135 Degree Drills and does not matter if they are Split Point Drills, you can still sharpen them at home.

Small drills just require an Aluminum Oxide grinding wheel or belt to sharpen. Larger Drills require the same wheel, but to help keep both flutes the same length, I recommend making the height checking jig I share in this video. The height checker is just a 60 Deg Post and a plate mounted on the wall to scratch your drills against to ensure both flutes are sharpened to the same length.

All Lathe work done on a Precision Matthews PM 1440TL Lathe. All Mill work done on a Jet JMD-18 Mill Drill. The mill vise is a Glacern Machine Tools 5" vise and I also use a Glacern Machine Tools 3" Face Mill.
