Which EV truck is the best? While not the first EV truck in America, the Rivian and Lightning are the first EV trucks designed for regular truck duty. (Yes, I'm throwing a bit of shade at the insanely fun and cool Hummer EV). Both offer high payload ratings, both offer around 10,000 pounds of towing ability, both seat 5 and both have a frunk. One however is a regular truck with a battery and some motors while the other is an off-road luxury truck and there are pros and cons to both approaches.
