An awesome appetizer that I have come to love is Buffalo cauliflower bites. The problem is that many times they are breaded and/or fried. I cannot afford that luxury since I am still rolling with the 50 by 50. So, instead I will enjoy these but in more health way.

Today in Mike Oski’s Kitchen, we are making Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Bites.

This dish is super simple and taste amazing with just the right “bite”. Instead of breading or frying these…I am baking them and they are, Oh so good! Remember, I will not sacrifice taste or flavor just because a dish is deemed healthy. This one checks all the boxes: low carb, healthy, veggie, and booming in taste.

Just make this one! You will love it and your crew will think you are a star! I’ll say it again…“I will not sacrifice flavor and taste not matter how healthy a dish!”
