With towing up to 7,500 lbs, optional Tremor off-road capability and the nimbleness to handle city driving the Ranger is a truck for people who don't need a full size. It's available in 4x2 or 4x4 in the US and 4x4 in Canada with either a 5 or 6 foot box depending on whether you go for the SuperCrew or SuperCab configuration.
