Today's Metabolic Full Body workout is gonna be tough! 🥵 We are going to hit all the major muscle groups and burn some serious calories. I burned over 400 calories and spiked into my peak heart rate zone several times. You are going to get a great workout. Each exercise is done for 60 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds of rest. We empty out the gas tank with a quick finisher.
I'm using 10lb up to 30lb dumbbells. Make sure you use appropriate weight for your body, and that you can perform the exercise with great posture.
