Who could forget the signature cheese sandwich photo from Fyre Fest 1? Or the the images of half-built FEMA tents touted as luxury villas? Back in 2017, it seemed to be all the internet could talk about when the festival led by Billy McFarland imploded. After the disaster, McFarland served a little more than half of his six-year prison sentence. Now he is back for a redo, and he says it has already sold out.
