HOW TO DEAL WITH PCOS RELATED HAIR LOSS
So I got a subscriber that asked me basically what to do about her extreme hair loss with PCOS PCOS is polycystic ovarian syndrome typically you're gonna have low estrogen higher testosterone and it's gonna be trigger DHT related loss but if you're a female and you have a very robust menstruation on a monthly basis there could be an iron deficiency as well so what I recommend for PCOS is go ahead and get a blood test for vitamin d3 and ferritin.

You want your ferritin to be at least 70 and your vitamin D to be at least 60 additionally you wanna get a testosterone test as well as an estradiol test what you'll most likely need to be on is something to block DHT like the herbal DHT blocker with immune support. or a NutraM plus you may need to be on spirolactone topical scalp serum, which you will need a prescription for to suppress the testosterone.
