Slime Sam finds it hard to believe that water has great power. Drops of water are so small, what can they do? But Sue explains about hydraulics - a science that studies the properties of water and other liquids and their uses in people's life. Sam wants to see it in action. Sue tells him that even one cup of water can lift a bottle and builds an incredible robotic arm that is controlled by special levers and moves without electricity.

Do you want to impress your friends with this scientific craft? Then get some thick cardboard and prepare to write down all the measurements. You will also need several plastic syringes and infusion tubes - these are very important elements. Other materials include wooden skewers and plastic clamps. Ask an adult to help you with some steps of this craft, because you will need to work with a mini drill, pliers, and hot glue. You will need to assemble two parts - the robotic arm itself and the control panel. Once they are assembled, fill the syringes with water (colored water works best here, to know which lever controls which part of the robotic arm) and connect them to the arm with the help of the infusion tubes. Then watch it life object with ease! This craft will definitely make you feel like a real engineer. Have fun!

Sue and Sam have assembled robots before, though they all work on batteries, not on water. Which is the coolest?
