In order to get this to work you need Sync 3, an OBD Link MX and a Windows computer or tablet with FORScan on it. In order to get nav information from google maps with android auto you need to update to Sync 3.4. This will work with 2016+ Ford Focus ST and RS. I don't 100 percent know if this will work with the regular focus, but im pretty sure it will. With this you are enable what is known as navigation repeater. Navigation repeater takes your nav info from the sync system and moves it over to the gauge cluster display. It shows the next turn. if it's a left or right turn and how far away it is.
