The Gut-Wrenching Reason Melody REALLY Wanted To Be A Mermaid | The Little Mermaid 2

Ariel’s daughter, Melody, didn’t fall far from the tree, and just like her mother longed to see what life was like on the surface, Melody couldn’t keep herself away from the sea. But after rewatching The Little Mermaid 2: Return to the Sea, it’s become clear that the reason Melody wanted to spend so much time among the creatures of the deep wasn’t that she was half-mermaid, but instead related more to how she felt about her life on land. It turns out that even though she was a Princess in her kingdom, Melody’s life among the humans was almost anything other than pleasant for the child.
