DON'T just mud over Torn Brown Drywall paper before you Pre-Treat it. You can fix torn drywall paper, but you have to do it right or you'll get BAD Sheetrock Paper Bubbles. DON'T DO ANYTHING ELSE until you watch this video. Torn drywall paper repair needs to be done right or it will cause you a lot of grief.
