If you are someone who has dealt with anxiety for a longer period of time you are likely experiencing pain – pain that seems to be omnipresent and never goes away. You feel fatigued and tired and that discomfort in your body might even keep you awake at night.

The worst part of all of this is that for many of us with anxiety disorders this dull pain throughout the body is the trigger for many other bodily sensations and other anxiety symptoms that ultimately lead to full-blown panic attacks.
This video is aimed to show and explain how I have experienced this very debilitating symptom and how I have ultimately recovered.
