After seven weeks of this one-man renovation, demolishing and framing, we are checking off the final jobs. Namely, moving the attic hatch that was in the old closet to prepare for the brand-new bathroom and removing the load-bearing wall that almost changed our entire kitchen design.

We meet on-site to discuss design ideas for the new laundry and mudroom we are building on the basement level. We have 2 different ideas for the layout, and visiting Ikea to look at Pax wardrobe options did not help!
