Quick update midseason of some of the equipment used to boil the sap down to syrup. This is the overview that dad gives when people come over during the season and want to see how the process works. It seems like a lot of different steps, but as you watch the process it makes sense and is a pretty neat process to cook something that looks and smells like water into sweet, amber syrup.
