The Dinky models in today's video date back to the 1930s. The first of them, called Hotchkiss, was produced by the Meccano company in 1935, while the second MG to break speed records was created in 1939. Both models were very simply built. They had no suspension and the Hotchkiss didn't even have a chassis. I renovated these old models in an unconventional way. I did a two-color painting and installed a crystal reflector in place of the Hotchkiss lamp. I also equipped both models with boxes, although in the 1930s they were packed in bulk packages of 6 pieces. Thank you for watching the video, I publish car repair videos on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
