Our New Holland brand's North America Livestock and Dairy Lead, Melissa Kelly, broke new ground as the first female chief engineer for the Crop Packaging platform. With a mechanical engineering degree in hand, Melissa dove into the ag industry, starting her journey at CNH in 2000 as a manufacturing engineer in Belleville. Now, she's an advocate for our customers, always on the lookout for ways to enhance their experience.

Throughout her tenure at CNH, Melissa has embraced diverse roles, from global product quality to product innovation. She's a firm believer in the endless opportunities agriculture offers women and attributes her early career growth to mentorship.
