This was a super fun, yet pretty easy ride for the humpday of our vacation to SW Virginia. We did pay a few bucks to the bike shop to take us and our bikes to Whitetop and then we rode all the way back to Abingdon. It was a very mild ride with beauitful scenery basically the whole way. It took us a little over 4 hours and that included the stop for lunch. It could be done much faster or take your time and do it much slower, you make your own pace. It is definitely a ride I'd recommend to anyone that can ride a bike. If you didn't bring your bikes on your vacation, you can rent them from the bike store.
