This video covers the Google Play Store and app operation on the Linkswell GEN 3 T-style radio for GM trucks. Access to the Google Play store will require a Gmail account. This was installed in a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado Z-71 3500HD truck.

The Linkswell GEN 3 GM T-Style radio is a plug and play replacement tablet radio for 2014-2018 Silverado/Sierra 1500 and 2015-19 Silverado/Sierra 2500 & 3500 trucks. It will replace the radio in trucks with Bose or non-Bose systems with RPO codes IO3, IO4, IO5, IO6 and IOB.

It maintains all factory functions like steering wheel controls, OnStar, all USB ports, rear camera, HVAC controls of all types - manual and automatic/dual zone, front and rear sensors,and heated seats.

It allows you to add right and front cameras, a DVR camera and has AV inputs and outputs for the option of integrating aftermarket rear entertainment systems.

It has a full Android 7.1 operating system which allows you to add almost any app you can download from Google Play Store or other sources, as well as the ability to run all apps (including entertainment apps) while in motion.
