How to easily install handlebar grips on your bike. Works for BMX and MTB type bikes.

Not everyone has a compressor, but if you want it done quick and painless, I'd suggest finding someone with one. You can even go to your local bike shop. If you do bring it in, go in without the old grips on, and have the new grips ready to go. They may charge you, but most shouldn't.

Use your air nozzle to force air into the grips. The air will expand the grips, and on they go. No waiting for hair spray to dry before heading out for a ride.
