1969 Chevrolet Chevelle 300 Deluxe Post Sedan SS 396 at Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals MCACN

The 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle SS396 is a hot car, but have you seen one in the 300 Deluxe model, complete with the post-sedan body style? These have rigid frames around the windows as opposed to the open, hardtop style of most SS396 cars. This feature makes them a bit more rigid. But the 300 Deluxe was the bare-bones version of the Chevelle, so they are devoid of power options and accessories. While many prefer sporty bucket seats and air conditioning, the 300 Deluxe had the "taxi cab" interior, in bench seat configuration only.
