1 block (12 oz) extra-firm tofu
1 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce, or coconut aminos
1 tsp sesame oil
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4-1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp cornstarch or potato starch
Cooking spray
