An exciting new living and business destination is coming to the Westside Community. It's called Share Downtown. It will have residential units and retail space. The city of Las Vegas will lease retail space for a business incubator program.

The project will reflect the heritage of the neighborhood in its design. It will incorporate items salvaged from the New Jerusalem church which once sat on the site.

The property is set to open in 2026. Share DOWNTOWN also has buildings in the Arts District and Fremont East.
