This 3D Printed Spiderman Bust by Eastman makes for a seriously awesome time lapse on my newly upgraded Ender 3 Pro! New mods include Micro Swiss Direct Drive Kit, Bullseye Duct and that little stick on clock for the front of the 3D printer. This 3D printed Spiderman was inspired by the Marvel Spiderman game and has some seriously awesome detail!

The print is “almost” support free as I found out toward the end of my 3D print when Spiderman unexpectedly grew a small beard due to the too sharp overhang of his chin. The instructions from Eastman do specifically mention the requirement of supports for the chin so if you decide to 3D print this model, so turn on those supports!(And learn from my mistakes).

How Time Lapse 3D Prints Work
After each .2 MM layer( That is barely thicker than a sheet of paper!) the 3D printer pauses, moves the extruder to the rear of the printer, takes a photo and then continues the print giving the illusion of the print appearing from thin air.
