2020 GMC Sierra catches fire after GM certifies the vehicle as operating normally!

Timeline:
Truck purchased March 2020.
Brake issues started April 2020.
Brake fire happened Aug. 2020 after GM certified the vehicle as fully functioning as normal.
Dealer offered buyback Aug. 2020 but refused to move forward.
Dealer offered buyback again December 2020, but then rescinded the offer again.
Corporate buyback began Dec 28th 2020.
Dealer sold allocated VIN Feb15 2021, called Feb 25th (3 day prior to delivery date)
New order placed March 2021.
Vehicle delivered May 27th 2021.
STILL awaiting paperwork at this time.
No loaner truck issued during this process.
