Children's Spirituality: Perspectives From Leaders in the Field

Hear about how two Montessori-inspired forms of Christian formation, Catechesis of the Good Shepherd and Godly Play, are uniquely suited to nurture the spiritual lives of children and the spiritual lives of the whole faith community. Three leaders in the field of children’s spirituality - Ann M. Garrido, associate professor, Aquinas Institute of Theology, formation committee, US Association of the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, Rev. Cheryl V. Minor, director of the Center for the Theology of Childhood for the Godly Play Foundation, and Hannah Sutton-Adams, Ph.D. candidate, Boston College, research assistant at the Center for the Theology of Childhood for the Godly Play Foundation - offer their wisdom on this important subject, including what they have learned from the children in their work.
