Kitchen of Enders: Cabbage with Sausage and Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 small head cabbage, cut into large pieces
1 large onion, rough chopped
3 lbs. red potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 12 oz. links kielbasa sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
5 strip bacon, chopped
1 c. chicken broth
Seasonings:
salt
pepper
paprika
cayenne

Directions:
In a large high-sided skillet over medium heat, add bacon, sausage, onion, and potatoes. Sprinkle with seasonings to taste ( I used approx. 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cayenne) Toss to coat and combine. Cover, and cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are half cooked, just barely fork tender.
Add broth and cabbage (add a third at a time if skillet is getting too full!) Cover, and cook until cabbage is tender-crisp.
