Sugar addiction is real. It is as addicting as cocaine, but it just harms and kills you a bit slower. The problem is it is totally legal and in your face everywhere. You cannot escape it. People are offering it to you at work, at parties, at events. It is at every store, added to snacks and foods and condiments. It tastes soooo good, and makes us happy to snuggle up with a little treat after dinner or whenever. The happy lasts only while you are eating it, for about a minute or two, then it takes its toll. Over time, all that sugar causes brain fog, fatigue, sluggishness, cravings for more and more, every day.

It harms your liver. Sugar is like alcohol to the liver, it causes insulin resistance, it oxidizes your cholesterol, and cancer loves an acidic environment, which is what sugar create inside your body.

How do you stop the addiction? Well, when you overeat sugar and simple carbs, you create a yeast/candida infection in your body and especially your gut. It can be seen in live blood analysis as well. Yes, it is in the blood. A small amount of yeast is in every body and is meant to be there for end of life for after we die, to eat the body up back to the earth. When it overgrows when alive, you feel half dead. Yeast MUST be kept in balance. If it overgrows then the little yeast colonies call out to you to feed them more, thus the addiction. You keep craving it.

Knock out all that yeast overgrowth in your system, especially your gut, and the cravings go way down. In this video I tell you how, and what I have done to overcome my own sugar addiction.
