The 6000th Cat D11 Dozer was recently completed in our East Peoria factory! Cat's first D11 dozer, the D11N, was released in 1986 as an answer for mining customers' needs for a larger, more powerful dozer than we'd ever produced. It's seen many iterations over the years, each aiming to improve productivity, operator safety and comfort, and fuel efficiency.
