Here's some water rushing out from the Imperial Palace parking garage after a significant desert rainstorm in Las Vegas. For scale, note that the openings are for cars. We saw a shopping carriage wash by at one point; looked like the water was about three feet deep. First time I've seen this, but I hear it happens during most significant rains.
