Cecilia.AI and students from the award-winning student club, the FIU Bartenders Guild, brought the university to the beach via an interactive lesson. Guests learned the intricacies of mixology and Future Proof, FIU and Bacardi’s newest teaching platform. It’s all part of the FIU Bacardi Center of Excellence, which offers the only spirits management curriculum of its kind through a partnership with the iconic spirits brand.

The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One (SOBEWFF®) is a national, star-studded, four-day destination event showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities.

Each year, over 1,200 students and volunteers gain invaluable real-world experience at the Festival. To date, SOBEWFF® has raised more than $34 million for FIU’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.
