Ingredients:
• Beef Keema (Beef Mice) 500g
• Oil Or Ghee 1/2 Cup
• Piyaz (Onion) Chopped 1 Medium
• Adrak (Ginger) Crushed 1 Tsp
• Lehsan (Garlic) Crushed 1 Tsp
• Namak (Salt) As Per Taste
• Hari Mirch (Green Chili) Chopped 2
• Pani (Water) 1 Cup
• Dahi (Yogurt) 200 g
• Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) Crushed 1 Tsp




Directions:
-Add Oil Or Ghee into the pan.
-Add Beef Mice in the oil.
-Stir Fry For 8 to 10 Minutes.
-Add Onion & Cook For 2-3 Minutes.
-Add Ginger paste and Garlic paste.
-Stir & Cook For 2 Minutes.
-Add Salt, Green Chili and Water.
-Cook For 5 Minutes.
-Add Yogurt.
-Stir and Cook Until Yogurt Dries Up.
-Add Black Pepper.
-Cook For 3 to 5 Minutes.
-Kali Mirch Keema Is Ready.
