The story of Moses and Pharaoh is the most repetitive story in the Holy Quran and on the basis of which the map of the world had been politically redrawn!
It is time to find out where the scene of the events of the story of Moses and Pharaoh took place .. but to determine the theater of the events of this real story, you should first start by defining ‘Misr’;
Misr as mentioned in the Quran!
Misr represents the whole Nile valley without any boundaries dividing it ... Misr in the Quran extends from Abyssinia, the source of the Nile in the south (Upper Misr) to lower Misr, where there is the Nile Delta in the north.. At the time the Quran was revealed, these modern borders, which nowadays divide Misr into Egypt, North Sudan and Abyssinia did not exist.. These borders were set out by the British occupation only in 1899 ..
So since Misr represents the entire Nile Valley, then where did the events of Moses and Pharaoh take place? ... Is it in northern Misr near Egypt or in Southern Misr close to Sudan and Abyssinia? You will find the answer away from politics .. you just have to look for it yourself!
