INGREDIENTS
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp natures seasoning all purpose seasoning
1 cup all purpose seasoning (seasoned with 1 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
2 eggs whisked w/ 1 Tbsp whole milk
11/2 cups panko bread crumbs seasoned with 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Slice chicken breasts in half and coat in flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs. Fry in about 1/2 in of avocado oil.
1-16oz box of fettuccini pasta (cook in salted spilling water until al dente

Lemon Cream Sauce
1 Tbsp avocado oil
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 medium yellow onion
6 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp garlic and herb or Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
1/4 cup chicken or veggie broth
1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
