In hindsight, I should have cut a little more on each fender. The height of the cut was perfectly fine, I just could have gone further down the fender both left and right of my cuts. Originally, I did not cut so far down the fender so that I had more of the mounts to clip the body panels into, which is still a good option if your driving conditions are normal with decent roads. When I recorded this, I had watched other install videos and this was about normal. That being said, I have had minimal rubbing. So little that I still have not cut any more off my fenders at this time but I plan to at some point just for the potential of loading the car down and driving on bad roads in the future. I'm writing this to be transparent and for you guys that are about to cut on your cars. I would cut a little more from the beginning.
