Mr. Caputo is a local business owner in Mango Park who has complained to the police about the presence of homeless people on his property. Ultimately, Mr. Caputo loses his patience and decides to take matters into his own hands. He grabs a water hose and begins spraying down a homeless lady. Then, Mango Park Police Captain James Porter arrives on the scene and decides to give Mr. Caputo a taste of his own medicine.
