British zoologist Lucy Cooke traveled to the coast of the Isle of Arran in Scotland to encounter Britain's largest cartilaginous fish - the basking shark (Cetorhinus maximus). She met with scientists who study this magnificent animal. Unfortunately, she didn't have much luck during the 5-or-so-hour boat trip. Lucy Cooke has featured numerous times on the Watches. She is also an author of extraordinarily good books like "Bitch: A Revolutionary Guide to Sex, Evolution and the Female Animal" from 2022.
