One of the main features of Streamer.Bot is the interactivity with chat, and that is not something that YouTube shies away from. You can create actions in Streamer.Bot and add them to a command to be used in YouTube Live Chat, which almost manages to replace Twitch Channel Points completely!

To do this first make an action with the sub actions you wish to happen, then head into your commands tab and make a command, such as "!uptime". In the box on the left make sure YouTube Live Chat is toggled on and there you are. Click ok and it should work!
