Skinny Tiger and Fatty Dragon are both cops on a mission to track down an evil drug baron Tak. Having ruined the wedding reception of the chief of police in a fight against the gangster, they are ordered to take a long break in Singapore. After prison, Tak takes revenge on the two detectives by torturing their girlfriends. With no proof and no other means to promote justice, the pair resorts to an eye for an eye.
